It was here, in my hand, but now it’s gone. Seems like just yesterday it went missing. I shrugged it off at the time, I didn’t think it was important.
From time to time I still reached for it, out of habit, until I remembered it was gone. Rats, that would have been good to have right now...
I will always remember it. There will never be another one like it. The years have not diminished the feeling. In fact, it’s hard to describe just how special it was....
